Nino Negri Sfursat 5 Stelle Sfozato di Valtellina DOCG is a powerful and distinctive expression of Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) from the alpine terraces of Valtellina in Lombardy. Sourced from south-facing vineyards between 300 and 550 metres above sea level along the slopes of the Rhaetian Alps, the vines grow in loose, sandy soils that contribute finesse and aromatic lift to this traditionally bold style.

Sforzato (or Sfursat) is Valtellina’s iconic dried-grape wine, where carefully selected bunches are left to dry after harvest, concentrating sugars, structure and flavour before fermentation. This ancient technique transforms Nebbiolo into a richer, more intense wine while still preserving the freshness and elegance that define its mountain origin.
