Noble Rot Issue #31, The Birthday Issue, is a print magazine of wine, food and culture marking the title's first decade.

Ten years on from that first issue in February 2013, the brief here is to look back at a wine culture that changed underneath the magazine as it went. Marina Hyde opens the celebrations.
