Description

NON 1 Salted Raspberry & Chamomile is a non-alcoholic drink built to be treated like wine.

NON was founded in Melbourne by Aaron Trotman and William Wallace, who approached the problem from cooking rather than from winemaking: instead of removing alcohol from wine, they build each drink from ingredients cooked, steeped and blended for acidity, tannin and savoury length. This one pairs raspberry with chamomile and salt, which supplies the structure wine would get from acid and tannin.

Serve chilled at 8 degrees in a wine glass, with cured meats, roast vegetables or a cheese board.
