Description

NON 3 Toasted Cinnamon & Yuzu is a non-alcoholic drink with warm spice and sharp citrus.

Yuzu is a Japanese citrus with a fragrance somewhere between mandarin and grapefruit, and here it cuts against toasted cinnamon, which supplies warmth and a dry, woody finish. The method owes more to a kitchen than a winery: ingredients are toasted, steeped and blended for balance.

Serve chilled at 8 degrees in a wine glass, with roast pork, duck or a spiced dish.
