Description

NON 5 Lemon Marmalade & Hibiscus is a bright, tart non-alcoholic drink.

Hibiscus gives colour and a sharp, cranberry-like acidity, while marmalade brings the bitterness of citrus peel, which is what stops a drink like this reading as a soft drink. Bitterness and acidity are the two things non-alcoholic drinks most often lack. NON makes each one from cooked and steeped ingredients rather than dealcoholised wine.

Serve chilled at 8 degrees in a wine glass, with seafood, salads or a summer lunch.
