Description

NON 7 Stewed Cherry & Coffee is a darker non-alcoholic drink made to sit alongside red-wine dishes.

Coffee supplies bitterness and tannic grip, the two qualities that make a red wine work with rich food and that an alcohol-free drink usually cannot provide. Stewed cherry gives the dark fruit. The drink is built from cooked ingredients rather than by stripping alcohol out of wine.

Serve lightly chilled at 12 degrees in a wine glass, with roast meats, mushrooms or hard cheese.
