NON 9 Oaked Blackberry & Plum

NON 9 Oaked Blackberry & Plum is the most red-wine-like of the range.

Oak is used here as a winemaker would use it, to give structure, spice and a dry finish, which with blackberry and plum produces something that behaves like a red wine at the table even though no fermentation is involved. NON was founded in Melbourne and builds each drink from cooked and steeped ingredients.

Serve lightly chilled at 12 degrees in a wine glass, with roast meats, braises or aged cheese.
