Description

Ocean Eight Pinot Gris is a dry, textural white from cool vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula.

This grape has long been a strength here, one of three the family grow at Shoreham alongside Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It's made dry and textural, with pear and spice and a fresh, mineral finish. Fruit is picked by hand and handled gently.

Fresh and versatile at the table. Chill to 8–10°C and serve with seafood, pork, Asian flavours or soft cheeses, drinking it over the next two to three years.
