Ocean Eight Rosé 2023

Ocean Eight Rosé is a pale, dry and savoury rosé from cool vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula.

Estate red grapes are given only minimal skin contact, which keeps the colour pale and holds on to the freshness and delicacy of the local climate. The vineyards sit around Shoreham, on the higher, cooler side of the Peninsula facing Western Port. Fruit is hand-picked and gently handled.

Crisp and dry, with delicate red fruit. Serve it chilled, 7–9°C, with oysters, prawns, salads or a Mediterranean grazing plate, and drink it young while it's freshest.
