Ocean Eight Rosé 2024

Ocean Eight Rosé is a crisp, dry rosé made from estate red grapes on the Mornington Peninsula.

The maritime climate at Shoreham gives fruit with plenty of freshness and delicacy, and the winemaking is designed to keep it. Skin contact is kept to a minimum, so the wine stays pale, dry and savoury. The family's broader focus is Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, all hand-picked.

Delicate red-fruit notes on a pale, dry, crisp palate. Good with oysters, prawns, salads or a Mediterranean-style grazing plate, well chilled at 7–9°C. Drink it young.
