Description

O'Leary Walker Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is a finely structured, gently oaked Chardonnay from South Australia's leading cool-climate region.

Although best known for their Clare Valley wines, David O'Leary and Nick Walker have long worked with fruit from the Adelaide Hills, whose altitude and cool nights suit Chardonnay. The wine is made in a modern, balanced style, with oak adding texture and toasty, nutty detail. The 2025 offers peaches and cream with grapefruit, pear, toasted oak and roasted almonds, a medium-rich yet fine palate and bright acidity through a long, graceful finish.

Chill lightly and serve with roast chicken, prawn linguine or a Caesar salad. Enjoy now or over the next few years.
