Oliver's Taranga Small Batch Fiano 2026

Oliver's Taranga Small Batch Fiano is made from the southern Italian variety grown in McLaren Vale.

Fiano comes from Campania and holds its acidity through heat, which has made it one of the more convincing Mediterranean plantings in warm Australian regions. It gives a textural white with pear and almond character rather than overt aromatics. The Small Batch range is produced in limited quantity from the family's own vineyards.

Serve at 11 degrees with grilled fish, chicken or antipasti. Drink over the next four years.
