Oliver's Taranga Small Batch Grenache 2025

Oliver's Taranga Small Batch Grenache comes from old bush vines on the family property in McLaren Vale.

Grenache was planted across McLaren Vale for fortified wine and much of it was pulled out when fashion turned, so the old dry-grown bush vines that survive are valuable. They give perfumed, medium-weight reds rather than the density of the region's Shiraz. The Small Batch range is made in limited quantity with minimal new oak.

Serve slightly cool at 16 degrees with roast lamb, charcuterie or grilled vegetables. Drink over the next eight years.
