Olivier Leflaive Bourgogne Blanc Les Sétilles is the house's best known white and its calling card at regional level.

Les Sétilles is a Bourgogne Blanc, the broad appellation that covers Chardonnay grown across the region, and Olivier Leflaive draws its fruit from parcels in the Côte de Beaune close to the villages the maison is known for. The house was founded in Puligny-Montrachet in 1984 by Olivier Leflaive, who had spent years at the family domaine before setting up as a négociant buying fruit and must from growers he knew; the business now also farms vineyards of its own and runs a hotel and restaurant on the village square. The wine is vinified in the same cellar as the grander bottlings, with only modest oak.

Serve at around 11 degrees with roast chicken, white fish, soft cheeses or a simple summer lunch. It is ready on release and does not need cellaring.
