Opawa Pinot Noir Rosé 2025

Opawa Pinot Noir Rosé is a dry, pale salmon rosé from Marlborough made from Pinot Noir.

Sister label to Nautilus Estate, the Hill-Smith family's Marlborough winery, this range is named after the Opawa River, which runs through Blenheim. Pinot Noir from the region's cool sites keeps fresh acidity and delicate red-fruit character, which makes it well suited to rosé. The Pinot Noir is handled gently to draw just a little colour from the skins, giving a pale, dry rosé with strawberries, fresh apple and almond blossom, a smooth, mouth-filling texture and a clean, moreish finish.

Serve it well chilled as an aperitif or with summer dishes such as prawn salad, grilled haloumi or salade Niçoise.
