Description

Parish Vineyards Evandale Pinot Gris is an aromatic cool-climate Pinot Gris from Tasmania.

This Tasmanian range is named after local towns, and this Pinot Gris carries the name of Evandale, in the island's north. Tasmania's long, cool growing season suits Pinot Gris, giving fragrance and natural acidity. Pale straw with a hint of green, it offers rosewater, pink apple, lime curd and a faint mineral note. The palate balances pear, lychee and lime zest with a subtle savoury texture and long, slatey acidity.

Serve chilled with pork dumplings, a Tasmanian salmon salad or soft cheeses.
