Description

Parish Vineyards Forcett Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc from south-east Tasmania.

Named after Forcett, a rural area east of Hobart, this wine comes from Parish Vineyards, a Tasmanian label drawing on the island's cool, maritime climate. Slow ripening keeps Sauvignon Blanc fresh and intensely aromatic. Pale lemon in colour, it starts with gooseberry and opens into passionfruit, guava, feijoa and gentle floral notes. The palate brings feijoa, passionfruit and kiwifruit with crisp acidity.

Well chilled, it goes nicely with scallops, a herby green salad or fish tacos.
