Parish Vineyards Sorell Riesling is a fragrant Tasmanian Riesling with a touch of natural sweetness.

Sorell lies near the Coal River Valley in Tasmania's south-east, a dry, sunny pocket of the island that is well regarded for Riesling. Parish Vineyards makes this wine in an off-dry style, with refreshing acidity balancing a little natural sweetness. Pale yellow straw, it has native daisy, citrus zest, lychee and white nectarine aromas. The palate shows lime zest, grapefruit pith and dried lavender with zippy, slatey acidity and a talc-like, slightly savoury finish.

Chill well and pair with Sichuan chicken, crab cakes or a Thai beef salad.
