Patrick Sullivan Flint Chardonnay 2025

Patrick Sullivan Flint Chardonnay is a crisp, cool-climate Chardonnay and an easy way into this Victorian winemaker's range.

Alongside the single-vineyard wines, the range includes more approachable bottlings that carry the same house style at an easier price. Gippsland is large and sparsely planted, and its mild, moist climate suits fresh, finely structured Chardonnay. The name hints at the stony, mineral leaning of this one, and like everything here it is made in small batches with a light touch.

Bright and flinty, and ready on release. Serve at 8–10°C with oysters, grilled fish, prawns or a goat's cheese salad, or on its own before dinner.
