Description

Pewsey Vale Vineyard Prima Riesling is a delicate, off-dry, lower-alcohol Riesling from the Eden Valley.

Inspired by the German Kabinett style, Prima is picked from the Pewsey Vale estate and fermented to leave a little natural sweetness, bringing the alcohol in at around 8.5%. The high, cool Eden Valley vineyard gives Riesling a firm acid backbone that keeps this style fresh and poised. Very pale with green hues, the 2026 shows lemon blossom, mandarin and lychee. Guava, mandarin and a hint of white cherry and clove lead to a succulent, mouth-watering finish, and it will develop toasty, spicy layers with age.

Try it well chilled with spicy Thai or Vietnamese dishes, prosciutto and melon, or as a light aperitif on a warm afternoon.
