Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Cuvée Cuis 1er Cru Brut Blanc de Blancs is the benchmark non-vintage Champagne of a family grower in the Côte des Blancs, here in a gift-boxed magnum.

The Gimonnet family has grown vines in the village of Cuis for generations and has made its own Champagne since the 1930s, building a reputation as one of the most respected Chardonnay specialists in the region. Its vineyards sit across premier and grand cru villages of the Côte des Blancs, where chalk soils give Chardonnay freshness and a fine mineral edge. This cuvée is made entirely from Chardonnay and is seen as the archetype of the house style: lively, airy, mouth-watering and precise. Magnums age more slowly than standard bottles, keeping the wine fresh for longer.

Serve well chilled, around 6 to 8 degrees, with oysters, sashimi, gougères or a whole roasted snapper. The magnum and gift box make it a generous choice for a celebration.
