Pitchfork Pink Rosé 2025

Pitchfork Pink Rosé is a fresh, fruit-filled Margaret River rosé made from Tempranillo.

The Pitchfork range from Hay Shed Hill is made to be enjoyed without fuss, and this rosé is a good example. Tempranillo, the great red grape of Spain, is grown here in Margaret River's warm, ocean-influenced climate. Brief contact with the skins gives the wine its pink grapefruit colour, and the winemaking keeps the red berry and strawberry character front and centre. The palate is juicy and lively, and a gentle hint of red wine texture on the finish gives it a little more grip than the palest rosés.

Chill it well and bring it out for spring and summer lunches. It works with antipasto, grilled haloumi, salmon or a simple chicken salad.
