Pitchfork Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Pitchfork Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, zesty Margaret River white in the region's classic blended style.

Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc blends are something of a Margaret River speciality, and Hay Shed Hill's Pitchfork version sticks closely to that tradition. Sauvignon Blanc supplies the passionfruit, gooseberry and grassy lift, while Semillon adds lemony structure and length. The wine is made to keep the fruit pristine, giving a pale, green-tinged white with intense flavour and a tight backbone of acidity. It finishes clean and dry, at a moderate 12.5% alcohol, and is best enjoyed in the first year or two after vintage.

Serve well chilled with fish and chips, freshly shucked oysters, a goat's cheese tart or a Thai green curry.
