Few Australian regions are as closely linked to this pairing of grapes as Margaret River, where cool breezes off the ocean keep the fruit bright and aromatic. Hay Shed Hill, based in the Wilyabrup subregion, makes the Pitchfork range as its everyday offering. In this blend, Semillon brings citrus and a firm acid spine, and Sauvignon Blanc adds tropical notes of passionfruit and green mango along with a herbal, cut-grass edge.
