Poggio Anima Sicilia Grillo DOC Uriel 2025

Poggio Anima Uriel is a Sicilian Grillo, the island's leading white variety.

Grillo was long grown for Marsala, the fortified wine of western Sicily, and has been rediscovered as a dry white over the past two decades: it holds acidity in heat and gives citrus and herb character with real body. The Poggio Anima wines are each named for an angel or demon, Uriel among the archangels. Fermentation is cool, in stainless steel, without oak.

Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, seafood pasta or salads. Drink within three years.
