Poggio Anima Raphael is a dry Sicilian rosato from the Terre Siciliane zone.

Rosato in southern Italy is made dry and savoury, usually from the local red varieties picked early, and Sicily's heat means the fruit must come in before sugars climb too high. Terre Siciliane is the island-wide designation that gives producers freedom outside the stricter DOC rules. The juice is pressed off the skins quickly and fermented cool.

Serve at 9 degrees with antipasti, grilled fish or a summer lunch. Drink within two years.
