Pol Roger Brut Réserve Non Vintage Jeroboam is the family house's signature champagne in a bottle holding four standard bottles.

Pol Roger, founded in Épernay in 1849, is still owned by the family that started it. Brut Réserve blends Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay in roughly equal measure from around thirty villages, with reserve wines added so that each release resembles the last. It is aged on its lees in the deep, cold chalk cellars below the town for longer than the appellation demands, and every bottle is turned by hand. In Champagne a jeroboam holds three litres, which is not the same as a Bordeaux jeroboam; wine in larger formats matures more slowly, which is a good part of their appeal.
