Pol Roger Brut Réserve Non Vintage Nebuchadenezzar is the house's signature champagne in one of the largest bottles made in Champagne.

Pol Roger has been in family hands since it was founded at Épernay in 1849 and remains independent. Brut Réserve is its cornerstone wine, blended in roughly equal parts from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay across some thirty villages, with reserve wines from earlier harvests for consistency, and aged well beyond the legal minimum in cellars sunk about thirty metres into the chalk beneath the town. Every bottle is riddled by hand. The oversized formats of Champagne take their names from the kings of Babylon and Assyria, and this one holds fifteen litres, the equivalent of twenty standard bottles. Very few are made in any year, and each is filled and finished by hand.

At 15L it is heavy enough to need a cradle and two people to pour; chill it slowly and thoroughly and serve at 8 to 10 degrees.
