Description

Poliziano Fiori Rossi is a Rosso di Montepulciano made for early drinking.

Fiori Rossi means red flowers. The wine comes from the same Sangiovese vineyards around Montepulciano in southern Tuscany as the estate's senior bottlings, but is handled to keep its freshness: short maceration, fermentation in stainless steel and minimal oak. Poliziano has been in the Carletti family since 1961 and takes its name from the Renaissance poet Angelo Ambrogini, known as Poliziano, who was born in the town.

Serve slightly cool at 15 degrees with pasta, salumi or pizza. Drink within four years.
