Description

Primo Estate JOSEPH Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a fresh-season South Australian oil from the 2026 harvest.

Primo Estate is the McLaren Vale winery of Joe Grilli and his family, and the JOSEPH name appears on both its top wines and its olive oils. This cold pressed oil is made from South Australian olives picked in the 2026 season and pressed at low temperatures to keep it pure, fresh and balanced. It is an intense style, with floral and nutty aromas, a soft, smooth texture and a clean peppery finish.

Use it raw to get the most from it: drizzled over grilled vegetables, fresh mozzarella, steamed greens or soup, or simply with good bread. Store it away from heat and light, and use it while it is fresh.
