Primo Estate Joseph d'Elena Pinot Grigio is a crisp, mineral Pinot Grigio from the premium Joseph range.

The Grilli family came to South Australia from Italy, and the Primo Estate wines have always leant towards Italian varieties and food-friendly styles. Pinot Grigio sits naturally in that line-up. The fruit is picked to keep its natural acidity, then made in a clean, textural way that lets pear, apple and citrus notes show clearly. There is more mouthfeel here than in many Grigios, with a savoury, mineral length that keeps it refreshing. As part of the Joseph range, it is one of the more considered white wines in the family's portfolio.

Serve well chilled with antipasto, prosciutto and melon, spaghetti alle vongole or grilled whiting.
