Description

Quartz Reef Pinot Gris is a dry white from the biodynamic Bendigo estate in Central Otago.

Central Otago's wide day-night temperature swing gives Pinot Gris texture and pear fruit while keeping the acidity to finish dry. The estate is certified biodynamic and sits on schist terraces above the Cromwell basin, the warmest part of the region.

Serve at 10 degrees with pork, roast chicken or a soft cheese. Drink within four years.
