Description

Radford Dale Nudity Syrah is a low-intervention Syrah from the Voor Paardeberg in South Africa's Western Cape.

From a Stellenbosch-based winery known for fresh, site-driven wines, this Syrah comes from a vineyard in the Voor Paardeberg, on the slopes of the Paardeberg mountain near Paarl. As the name suggests, it is made with as little added as possible, letting the fruit and the site speak for themselves. The style leans towards elegance and savoury spice. This 2017 release now has several years of bottle age behind it.

Serve at around 16 degrees, perhaps after a short decant. It suits lamb chops, venison or mushroom dishes, and is ready to drink now.
