Description

Radford Dale Vinum Stellenbosch Chardonnay is a delicate, fresh Chardonnay with a mineral edge.

Stellenbosch's mix of mountain slopes and cooling sea breezes from False Bay gives Chardonnay good ripeness while preserving freshness. The Vinum label, made by the Radford Dale winemakers, focuses on clean, varietal expression at an accessible price. This one is pale gold with a green tinge, with notes of stone dust and lemon cordial, then red apple and tangerine on a delicate palate. At 12% alcohol it is light on its feet, finishing balanced and fresh.

Enjoy it chilled with grilled chicken, crumbed fish or a spring vegetable risotto.
