Description

Rameau d'Or is a dry Provence rosé from the Côtes de Provence appellation.

Provence makes more rosé than any other region on earth and treats it as a serious wine rather than a summer afterthought. Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah are the classic varieties, picked early and pressed straight away so the juice takes only a blush of colour from the skins. Rameau d'or means golden branch.

Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, salade niçoise or a long lunch. Drink within two years.
