Ramos Pinto Lagrima White Port

Ramos Pinto Lágrima is a sweet white port from the Douro Valley.

White port is made from white Douro varieties, fortified in the same way as red, and the Lágrima style is the sweetest of them. In Portugal it is drunk long, over ice with tonic and a sprig of mint, which is how most of it is consumed in Porto through summer. The house was founded in 1880.

Serve cold over ice with tonic, a slice of orange and mint, or chilled on its own with salted almonds. An opened bottle keeps for months.
