Ravensworth Estate Riesling 2021

Ravensworth Estate Riesling is a dry white from the Canberra District in south-eastern Australia, made from Riesling.

Canberra District vineyards sit inland and at altitude, with hot days, cold nights and a long autumn, and that pattern has made the district one of the country's more dependable sources of Riesling. Ravensworth works from estate plantings there. We have no winemaking notes for this bottling.

Expect a dry, high-acid Riesling in the citrus and green apple register, and expect a 2021 to have begun opening out with a few years in bottle. Serve at 8 to 10 degrees with oysters, fried chicken, or Thai food.
