Red Claw Pinot Noir 2025

Red Claw Pinot Noir is the early-drinking second label of Yabby Lake, from the Mornington Peninsula.

Red Claw draws on the fifty hectares of estate vineyard at Tuerong and other Peninsula fruit, made in a lighter, more immediate style than the Single Vineyard wines. The Peninsula's maritime climate, with water on three sides, gives Pinot Noir a long, cool ripening season. The group's wines are overseen by Tom Carson, who has led the winemaking since 2008.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or mushroom dishes. Drink within five years.
