Redbank Elevage King Valley Prosecco is a dry, refreshing Prosecco from the King Valley's high vineyards.

In this range, the name plays on the French word for nurturing a wine through the cellar and on the height of the vineyards the fruit comes from. The King Valley has become Australia's leading source of Prosecco, and its higher sites give fruit with natural acidity and freshness. The bouquet shows pear, honeycomb and green apple. A subtle touch of sweetness on the palate is balanced by acidity, a typically chalky texture and a light savoury finish, leaving the wine dry and refreshing overall.

Serve very cold as an aperitivo, in an Aperol spritz, or with prosciutto, fritto misto and soft cheeses.
