Redbank King Valley Chardonnay 2024

Redbank King Valley Chardonnay is a fresh, lightly oaked Chardonnay with a creamy edge.

The King Valley in north-east Victoria climbs from warm valley floors to cool alpine foothills, giving winemakers a wide range of sites to work with. For this Chardonnay the wine spends six months in new oak, which adds vanilla and crème brûlée notes to lifted pear and pineapple fruit. The palate is fresh and soft, with crisp acidity and a lingering finish, balancing the richness from oak with the valley's natural freshness. It is sealed under screw cap.

Serve chilled, at around 10 degrees. It pairs well with roast chicken, pork with apple, salmon or a creamy pasta.
