Description

Redbank King Valley Pinot Noir is a fresh, light Pinot Noir full of red fruit and gentle spice.

Pinot Noir needs cool conditions to keep its delicacy, and the higher vineyards of the King Valley, rising towards the Victorian Alps, provide just that. This one is made in a soft, fruit-led style. It is pale red, with fresh strawberry, red fruits and dark cherry on the nose, and the palate is lively with hints of spice before finishing with soft tannins. At 12.5% alcohol it is easy to enjoy on its own or with food.

Serve slightly cool, at 14 to 16 degrees. It works with salmon, roast duck, mushroom risotto or a charcuterie board.
