Redbank Victorian Chardonnay 2025

Redbank Victorian Chardonnay is a crisp, savoury Chardonnay with a creamy mid palate.

Drawing on the cool-climate character that runs through Redbank's King Valley winemaking, this is a fresh, modern style of Chardonnay. It is pale green with gold tints, with aromas of sea spray, loquat and lemon sherbet over hints of green peach and oyster shell. The palate is crisp and fresh, with melon and a lemon-pepper tang, then a savoury, creamy texture through the middle. At 12% alcohol it stays bright and refreshing, and it is sealed under screw cap to keep it that way.

Serve chilled with oysters, grilled snapper, chicken schnitzel or a Caesar salad.
