Description

Redbank Victorian Sauvignon Blanc is a zesty, full-flavoured Sauvignon Blanc from the upper King Valley.

The upper reaches of the King Valley, with their elevation and cool nights, are well suited to aromatic whites that need to hold on to their acidity. This wine comes from vineyards there and is made to be clear, crisp and generous. It is pale straw with passionfruit and cut-grass aromas, and the palate is zesty with passionfruit and green tropical fruit, leading to a persistent grapefruit finish. At just over 11% alcohol it is light and refreshing.

Serve well chilled with a goat's cheese salad, asparagus, grilled fish or Vietnamese rice paper rolls.
