Rêverie Gamay 2024

Rêverie Gamay comes from the south-west of France, outside Beaujolais.

Gamay is grown chiefly in Beaujolais and the Loire, but it also appears in the south-west, where regional designations allow growers freedom outside the local appellation rules. It gives a light, juicy red with low tannin, usually fermented whole-bunch in the Beaujolais manner and bottled young.

Serve cool at 14 degrees with charcuterie, roast chicken or a picnic. Drink within three years.
