Description

Rêverie Pinot Noir is a light red from southern France.

Pinot Noir is a northern variety and needs the cooler, higher sites to work this far south, which is where growers in the Languedoc and the south-west plant it. The wine is made in a light, fruit-forward style with minimal oak, for drinking young rather than cellaring.

Serve slightly cool at 15 degrees with charcuterie, roast chicken or mushroom dishes. Drink within four years.
