Description

Rising Pinot Noir comes from the Yarra Valley, east of Melbourne.

The Yarra's cool conditions and its spread of altitudes, from the warm valley floor to high ground in the upper valley, make it one of the mainland's most reliable Pinot Noir regions. The wine is fermented with a portion of whole bunches and matured in French oak with little new wood.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next six years.
