Robert Stein Farm Series Rosé 2024

Robert Stein Farm Series Rosé is a dry pink wine from the family's Mudgee vineyards.

Mudgee's cold nights keep acidity in fruit picked early, which is what a dry rosé needs. The Farm Series is the winery's everyday range. The juice is pressed straight to tank rather than bled off a red ferment and fermented cool, which gives the pale colour and crisp finish.

Serve at 9 degrees with salads, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink within two years.
