Description

Robert Stein Farm Series blends Semillon, Riesling and Chardonnay from the estate's Mudgee vineyards.

Three-variety white blends were once common in Australia and have come back as a way of making something more complete than any one grape gives on its own: Semillon for structure, Riesling for acidity, Chardonnay for weight. The Stein family has farmed at Mudgee since 1976. The wine is fermented cool in tank and bottled young.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, chicken or a picnic lunch. Drink within three years.
