Robert Stein Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Robert Stein Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is drawn from the best blocks on the family's Mudgee property.

The Reserve wines take the strongest fruit of the vintage and give it longer maturation in oak than the Premium range. Mudgee's altitude and continental climate suit Cabernet, producing wines with firm tannin and good colour. The Stein family planted here in 1976, a century and a half after their ancestor brought vine cuttings from the Rhine.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast lamb, aged beef or hard cheese. It rewards twelve years.
