Robert Stein Reserve Chardonnay 2023

Robert Stein Reserve Chardonnay is a barrel-fermented white from the family's Mudgee vineyards.

Chardonnay at Mudgee ripens fully in the warm inland climate while the altitude holds acidity, which gives the wine enough structure to carry barrel work. The Reserve range takes the best parcels and ferments them in French oak with lees ageing. The estate has been family-run since 1976.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, pork or a creamy pasta. It develops over six years.
